I booked 2 rooms for 4 nights at this hotel. The ground floor location just off reception was convenient, with good room temperature. The staff seemed friendly and helpful, although they were more concerned with their own communication at times. The location was perfect for us, being right next to the stadium with eateries in walking distance and close to the shopping park. The dining experience was pleasant, with a variety of options including homestyle Japanese dishes. The facilities were satisfactory, catering to our needs during the stay.

I stayed at this hotel 8 years ago and had a disappointing experience with unmade beds, loud noise, and cold corridors. This time, despite some improvements like friendly staff and a convenient location, there were still issues with cleanliness and noise levels.

The hotel rooms were a good size with a comfy bed, and the shower was very good. However, the price for breakfast could be a bit cheaper. Despite some temperature issues during the night and uncomfortable mattresses, the overall experience was good enough for a return visit. The corridors leading to the room were too cold, reminiscent of a past unsatisfactory stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The family room in a quiet zone was spotless and perfectly serviced, making for a comfortable stay. The staff here are all amazing and very helpful, especially when they took me and my family in when we were stranded after a concert. However, I did find some of the staff to be unwelcoming at times.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, easily accommodating three people, and had a lovely view of a small river/stream and the train station. The only downside was the confusion about the heating system as it should have been explained upon arrival. The service from the staff was top-notch, they were genuinely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the stadium and surrounded by plenty of shops and food outlets. The dining experience was delightful, especially the wood-fired pizza. Overall, a great value for money stay.
